Manufacturing Engineer

Position: Manufacturing Engineer Role

In this position, you will be integral to driving IEM's manufacturing process enhancements. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will utilize Kaizen methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches to facilitate improvements. This role requires strong collaboration with various teams to ensure successful product introductions and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement manufacturing processes for safety and quality

• Lead continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events

• Create and maintain standard work guidelines for processes

• Analyze data to identify and mitigate defects

• Partner with cross-functional teams for process optimization
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

• 3–7 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience

• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing techniques

• Strong computer skills, including engineering software

• Effective communicator and facilitator
