Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor engineering personnel to foster a performance-oriented environment

• Maintain rigorous design standards and processes

• Oversee quality assurance and compliance with industry benchmarks

• Collaborate with Finance and Project Controls on budget management

• Supervise engineering subcontractors and vendor deliverables
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, P.Eng. preferred

• 10+ years in relevant engineering fields

• 5+ years leading diverse engineering teams

• Proven skills with CAD and GIS tools

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
