Project Manager​/Project Engineer

About the Role:

As a Project Manager specializing in Industrial Project, you'll be a key player in our Project Delivery Team. You'll lead and oversee all aspects of client projects, ensuring their successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Develop and execute project plans, adhering to schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Industrial systems to clients and the project team.
• Oversee project finances, including invoicing, cost control, and ensuring accurate timesheet tracking.
• Lead and mentor Project Engineers, guiding their professional development and ensuring the quality of their deliverables.
• Review and approve all project deliverables for quality and adherence to company standards and regulations.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Strong analytical skills to assess project data and identify trends.
• Experience in change management to navigate project scope adjustments effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to challenges.
• Ability to multitask and manage complex projects with competing priorities.

• Experience with Plant Design and Piping Practices, including highly skilled Pipe/Plant Design.
• Proficiency in piping design software like AutoCAD Plant 3D and Smart
  
  Plant3D.
• Solid understanding of Functional Design principles.
• Experience in 3D Plant design and modeling.
• Knowledge of Piping Design Services, including FEED, PFD, P&, 3D Plant modeling, and detailed drafting.

• Proven experience in project management.
• A strong technical background in piping systems (relevant industry knowledge a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
