Delta Intelligent Building Technologies is looking for a results-driven Industrial Engineer to optimize production operations. You will enhance PCB assembly, testing, and packaging processes while identifying opportunities for automation and improvements. Your analytical mindset will be key in collaborating with various teams to streamline manufacturing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize processes for PCB assembly and testing

• Execute line balancing and workflow enhancements

• Analyze cycle time and improve first-pass yield

• Implement automation tools such as robotics

• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

• 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing

• Knowledge of IPC standards

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing

• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
