Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed drafts for cladding systems and fabrication

• Develop models based on point cloud data to ensure accuracy

• Produce Bill of Materials reflecting project needs

• Maintain effective communication within project teams

• Review and refine project specifications and existing drawings

Requirements:

• Strong background in building envelope systems

• Experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software

• Familiarity with 3D scanning technologies is an asset

• Hands-on drafting experience in construction is essential
