Environmental Compliance Lead

Position: Radius Recycling Environmental Compliance Lead
Drive excellence in environmental management at Radius Recycling as an Environmental Manager. Focus on compliance, pollution control, and regulatory adherence while leading critical environmental initiatives.

In your role as Environmental Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Senior Environmental Manager and oversee compliance with air, water, and waste regulations. You will implement company policies and foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness among all staff. Your expertise will shape training programs and guide management in pollution prevention and emergency responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to environmental standards and regulations

• Conduct ongoing environmental fieldwork and monitoring

• Assist in developing environmental management systems

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports in a timely manner

• Represent the organization at public hearings and discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline

• 4-7 years' experience in environmental testing and compliance

• Certification in hazardous materials management preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and environmental management tools

• Ability to communicate complex information effectively
