As Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will enhance manufacturing processes to meet industry standards s pivotal role requires expertise in continuous improvement, pilot builds, and cross-functional leadership. You will ensure operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and the successful launch of new products across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document manufacturing best practices

• Lead pilot builds and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Design and optimize facility layouts for manufacturing

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards

• Oversee validation activities for equipment and processes
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 7–10+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering

• 5+ years in a management role

• Strong background in validation and compliance

• Experience in facility layout and production design
