Position: Surrey Controls Engineering Technician Role

Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this role involves installing, calibrating, and troubleshooting automated systems. Your skills in data analysis and problem-solving will be vital in supporting production operations and enhancing project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and integration of automation systems

• Support testing and validation for production

• Optimize PLCs and robotics for better performance

• Create and update process documentation

• Analyze production metrics to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Technical degree or certification in engineering technology

• Experience in automation (1-5 years preferred)

• Strong background in PLCs and automation systems

• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills

• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
