Radius Recycling Environmental Manager

Position: Radius Recycling Environmental Manager Role
Lead environmental compliance initiatives at Radius Recycling as an Environmental Manager. This role involves monitoring, reporting, and ensuring adherence to environmental laws and standards.

As an Environmental Manager, you will report to the Senior Environmental Manager and be pivotal in maintaining company compliance with environmental regulations related to air, water, and hazardous materials. This hands-on position combines fieldwork with office responsibilities to enhance pollution control measures and foster an environmentally responsible company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce environmental compliance across operations

• Conduct field studies and gather environmental data

• Prepare regulatory compliance documentation and reports

• Train personnel on environmental standards and compliance protocols

• Act as first responder for environmental emergencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, or similar

• 4-7 years' experience in environmental regulation compliance

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and environmental systems

• Valid driver's license, ability to travel as required
