This role requires strong project management skills, focusing on the electrical sector. You’ll manage daily project activities, prepare construction schedules, and create detailed cost estimates. Your leadership will influence various electrical transportation construction projects while ensuring effective communication and oversight throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare construction schedules for assigned transportation projects
• Manage day-to-day project activities and communication
• Create and submit detailed project cost estimates
• Review job costs; report findings to management regularly
• Assist in preparing change orders and necessary documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 5+ years of project management experience in electrical systems
• Preferred experience with Sky Train or LRT systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
