In this senior leadership role, you will oversee engineering personnel, focusing on innovation from concept through validation. Your expertise in structural and mechanical engineering will guide teams in effective project management, integrating inputs from civil, electrical, and electronics engineering, all while ensuring technical compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional team integration and stakeholder collaboration
• Manage all engineering functions for robust project execution
• Direct simulations and finite element analyses for validations
• Ensure regulatory compliance for all product developments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering
• 8-10 years of experience in heavy mechanical design
• Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary team management
• Knowledge of product, program, and project management methodologies
• Experience with IRAP and SRED funding documentation
