This role is ideal for someone with a Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and at least eight years of experience in power system planning and analysis. You will perform bulk power system studies using industry-leading tools, contribute to modeling, and prepare technical compliance reports for clients and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead power flow and dynamic studies with advanced software
• Conduct stability and generator modeling assessments
• Develop upgrade strategies for power system enhancements
• Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders
• Assist in formulating and defining proposals for client projects
Requirements:
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years in power system studies and operational analysis
• Strong understanding of power system modeling techniques
• Professional Engineer registration or eligibility
• Proficient in power simulation software: PSS®E, DSATools
