Electrical Engineering Lead Position

Join Solaris Management Consultants in Surrey as an Electrical Engineering Lead. This role focuses on managing and delivering high-quality electrical designs for the natural gas and LNG sectors.
As a full-time permanent Project Lead, you'll oversee the electrical scopes of multiple projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines and budgets while providing mentorship to team members and overseeing power system validity and design reviews, all amidst a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical engineering scopes for industrial projects

• Direct power system design oversight and validations

• Act as the main client contact for project expectations

• Ensure adherence to engineering codes and practices

• Lead design reviews and HAZOP/SIL participation
Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering degree/diploma from a recognized institution

• P.Eng. or P.L.Eng registration

• 10+ years in an EPCM setting

• Solid understanding of engineering standards

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
