In this pivotal executive role, you will lead Rail & Transit initiatives in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, managing a large team and a significant P&L portfolio. Your responsibilities will include strategic oversight and business development, ensuring excellence in project delivery while promoting profitability and sustainability in alignment with WSP’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic goals for Rail & Transit on a regional scale
• Drive improvements in margin and utilization
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Champion new business ventures and projects
• Ensure project safety and financial performance excellence
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering, business, or related field
• 20+ years in senior rail and transit roles
• Deep knowledge of transportation systems
• Proven ability in managing extensive P&L accounts
• Commitment to ethical leadership and safety
