Lean Manufacturing Engineer at IEM

IEM is looking for a dedicated Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on supporting kaizen events and ensuring that best practices in lean management are ingrained across all functions. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiencies by providing training and guidance in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate cross-functional kaizen events for continuous improvement
• Implement process improvements across operational functions
• Develop and execute training programs in lean practices
• Create tailored improvement roadmaps based on assessments
• Identify internal best practices and document findings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or CI roles
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies like standard work and PDCA
• Track record of leading successful CI initiatives
• Excellent project management and facilitation skills
