Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for the Design Engineering team

• Oversee execution of multiple customer projects

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics

• Transform low-fidelity designs to standardized solutions

• Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain for effective designs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering required

• At least 15 years in engineering leadership roles

• Experience with large engineering organizations

• Robust knowledge of electrical switch gear design

• Familiarity with PLM, CAD, and engineering systems
