Join Tap Roots as a Mechanical Estimator, where you'll provide top-tier service to developers and suppliers. Leverage your estimating prowess in plumbing and heating within a structured office environment.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of mechanical estimating experience, backed by an Engineering or Project Management education. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate estimations, meeting tight deadlines, and supporting the Project Manager on various projects. With a strong attention to detail, you’ll communicate effectively with engineers and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs for new construction plumbing and heating

• Coordinate with project teams and suppliers for accurate bidding

• Review mechanical drawings and specifications to determine project feasibility

• Maintain organized records of estimates and revisions

• Promote company policies and safety standards on projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical estimating

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management

• Strong proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and tender documents

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
