You will work under the guidance of the Director of Thin Film Engineering, focusing on process development and optimization. In this role, you'll contribute to significant improvements by identifying root causes of defects and supporting the team through effective documentation and training. Your two-plus years of experience in thin film manufacturing will facilitate efficient production and quality enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize optical treatments for various applications
• Characterize processes to reduce operational downtime
• Identify defects and implement effective solutions
• Support process documentation and training initiatives
• Assist in technician training and maintenance support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific or engineering field
• At least 2 years of thin film industry experience
• Interest in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
