In this role, you'll contribute to significant improvements by identifying root causes of defects and supporting the team through effective documentation and training. Your two-plus years of experience in thin film manufacturing will facilitate efficient production and quality enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize optical treatments for various applications

• Characterize processes to reduce operational downtime

• Identify defects and implement effective solutions

• Support process documentation and training initiatives

• Assist in technician training and maintenance support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific or engineering field

• At least 2 years of thin film industry experience

• Interest in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
