Position: M&E Coordinator for Transit Projects
Join Aecon's Urban Transportation Solutions as an M&E Coordinator supporting innovative transit projects in Canada. Leverage your engineering expertise to ensure successful mechanical and electrical project execution.

As a key member of the team, you will coordinate and manage mechanical and electrical scopes across rail infrastructure and systems interfaces.

Your role includes planning M&E activities, reviewing technical documentation, and collaborating with project stakeholders to address any challenges. You will also track M&E progress and ensure compliance with British Columbia Building Code and CSA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate M&E work on rail and transit projects

• Review drawings and identify construction conflicts

• Support project managers with execution planning

• Track and report installation progress and deficiencies

• Promote safety adherence during project tasks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant engineering field

• 3+ years in M&E coordination or construction roles

• Knowledge of rail project mechanical and electrical systems

• Familiarity with British Columbia codes and standards

• Strong organizational and communication skills
