As the Process Engineering Lead, you will manage a dynamic team responsible for process development and prototyping, ensuring projects are delivered with the highest quality and efficiency. Your leadership will guide engineering tasks and collaboration with R&D and Operations, prioritizing seamless technology transfer across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a high-performing team in engineering
• Oversee daily activities related to prototyping
• Ensure all project timelines and budgets are adhered to
• Support engineers in addressing complex challenges
• Maintain documentation for engineering best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical or related)
• 7+ years of engineering experience, including leadership
• Proven ability in hands-on problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills for project management
• Licensure as Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) preferred
