Elevation Technical Services (ETS) is looking for a skilled Team Lead to enhance Geospatial and Digital Delivery operations within the vertical construction market. Your expertise in construction surveys, reality capture, and QA/QC verification will be essential in supporting building projects in Vancouver, Surrey, and Burnaby. This hands-on position delivers critical field data and ensures the accurate execution of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform construction survey services, including layout and data capture

• Execute laser scanning and reality capture on-site

• Support QA/QC verification workflows for quality assurance

• Process and validate field data using Civil 3D and TBC

• Collaborate with project managers and contractors for project success

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Geomatics or related field

• Experience in construction survey and laser scanning

• Proficient in GNSS survey equipment and robotic total stations

• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications

• CST designation preferred or in progress
