Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead a collaborative technical team
• Oversee the execution of automation and control projects
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines
• Review engineering designs and technical documentation
• Support factory and site acceptance testing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or similar field
• Minimum of 10 years in industrial automation
• Experience managing technical teams and project scopes
• Proficiency with PLCs and SCADA systems
• Understanding of electrical design software like EPLAN
