AutoCAD Civil 3D expertise shapes detailed land development designs at Aplin Martin. This position offers flexible working arrangements.
As a Civil Design Engineer, you will manage assignments from concept through construction issuance. You will prepare calculations, interpret topographic information, and support tendering and construction administration. The position requires four-plus years designing land development or capital works projects. You will serve as Engineer-of-Record on most projects and answer technical engineering questions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed AutoCAD Civil 3D engineering drawings
- Complete grading, earthworks optimization, and quantity take-offs
- Prepare calculations, reports, correspondence, and cost estimates
- Answer technical enquiries during project construction
- Compile as-built records and contract documents
- Four-plus years designing land development or capital works projects
- Professional Engineer registration or active eligibility toward registration
- High-level AutoCAD Civil 3D expertise
- Experience working with MMCD contracts
- Valid driver's license and strong communication skills
