The Music Associate is pivotal in curating musical excellence at Village Church. This part time role entails directing bands, managing music tracks, and leading rehearsals. You will also train and support volunteer musicians, ensuring their growth and involvement within the church community while maintaining essential music systems.
Key Responsibilities Build and manage music tracks and Ableton sessions
Direct and play in bands for services and events
Lead rehearsals for musical excellence
Train and support volunteer musicians
Maintain music file systems and equipment
Requirements Proficiency in Ableton Live is required
Solid musical ability and technical expertise
Experience developing and leading volunteers
Creative mindset for bringing ideas to life
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
