As a Music Associate, you play a crucial role in curating musical offerings at Village Church. Your tasks will include managing music tracks, leading rehearsals, and training volunteer musicians. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage music tracks with Ableton sessions

• Direct and participate in bands for services

• Lead rehearsals to achieve musical excellence

• Train and support volunteer musicians effectively

• Maintain essential music file systems and equipment

Requirements:

• Proficient in Ableton Live software

• Strong musical ability and technical skills

• Experience in developing and managing volunteers

• Creative mindset for innovative music ideas

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
