Part-Time Music Associate Position

Be a key player in shaping worship at Village Church as a Music Associate. This part-time role is centered on crafting music for Sunday services and community events.

The Music Associate is crucial for delivering engaging worship experiences at Village Church. In this role, you will utilize your musical talent to manage and create music tracks, direct bands, and lead rehearsals while fostering the growth of volunteer musicians. Your collaborative approach will help nurture a vibrant team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create music tracks for Sunday and special service events

• Direct and perform in bands for various services

• Lead successful rehearsals with musical excellence

• Develop and train volunteer musicians

• Ensure maintenance of music systems and equipment

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Ableton Live is required

• Excellent musical ability and technical skills

• Experience in volunteer leadership and training

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
