Lot Attendant

Job Title

Lot Attendant (3 month contract, possibility to go permanent)

Surrey, BC

Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

$22.50 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lot Attendant to join our team.

• Monitor outdoor washroom facilities and parking throughout the shift.
• Report maintenance issues, water supply concerns, or damages immediately.
• Ensure washrooms remain clean, stocked, and operational by reporting issues to maintenance.
• Coordinate with maintenance or management regarding facility needs.
• Assist with directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic in parking areas.
• Help maintain orderly parking and safe movement around the facility.
• Provide basic assistance and directions to employees and visitors.
• Monitor lineups and usage of outdoor facilities when required.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Perform general site checks and related duties as assigned.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Previous experience in facility support, parking attendant, janitorial, or customer service roles is an asset.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable with some conflict resolution.

Employees receive weekly pay and benefits. The contract is flexible, allowing individuals who wish to return to school in September. Growth opportunities are available as the company expands.

Temporary outdoor position requiring standing and walking for extended periods. May require evening, weekend, or flexible shifts depending on operational needs.
