Enhance player trust and operational excellence as a Compliance Associate with BET

In this position, you’ll report to the Senior Compliance Analyst and serve as the key contact for player account-related inquiries. Essential skills include attention to detail, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of regulations in the online gaming space. Your contributions will help ensure adherence to compliance standards and enhance player experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage player account inquiries and escalations
• Collaborate with Customer Support and VIP teams
• Maintain player account records per regulatory standards
• Streamline workflows for player account management
• Monitor site functionality for compliance and experience
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent compliance experience
• Strong attention to detail in regulatory contexts
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
• Native fluency in English;
French is a plus
