As a Cage Supervisor, you’ll support daily cash operations under the Manager's guidance. This role focuses on supervising cashiers, verifying transactions, and managing floats while adhering to company policies. Your leadership will motivate the team and enhance the learning culture in a dynamic casino environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Cage team performance and provide evaluations

• Prepare Cage for opening and closing each shift

• Verify and complete large cash transactions

• Report discrepancies and suspicious cash activities

• Assist with corporate training and site training efforts

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with 2+ years of cash handling experience

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to obtain a Gaming License successfully

• Flexible availability for various shifts required

• Food Safety and Smart Serve Certifications needed
