As a supervisor under the Manager's direction, you’ll manage the Cage operations, overseeing cashiers, large transactions, and compliance with all company procedures. This role emphasizes creating a safe environment while nurturing team development and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Cage team and monitor performance evaluations
• Organize Cage setup for opening and closing shifts
• Confirm large cash transactions for accuracy
• Track cash discrepancies and suspicious activities
• Participate actively in training for team members
Requirements:
• High School Diploma and over 2 years of cash handling experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to secure a Gaming License
• Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends
• Requires Food Safety and Smart Serve Certifications
