Our team of 60 Residential Mortgage Brokers is growing rapidly and are supported by a team of 8 Full-time Commercial Mortgage Brokers. Our 13-member team of Leaders, Underwriters and Administrators provide back‑office support to grow your business.

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Residential Mortgage Broker, based in Surrey, BC, with work‑from‑home flexibility. The role involves assisting clients in identifying suitable mortgage options, providing expert advice on diverse mortgage products, and guiding clients through the mortgage application process. The Mortgage Broker will also assist in debt‑consolidation solutions, liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms, and foster long‑term client relationships.

The role requires staying updated on mortgage market trends and regulatory requirements.

• Expertise in Mortgage Brokering and brokerage processes
• Knowledge of debt‑consolidation strategies and solutions
• Experience in mortgage marketing and promoting services to clients
• Strong understanding of finance principles and market trends
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze financial information and provide recommendations
• Proficiency in managing client relationships with attention to detail
• Relevant certification or licensure as a Mortgage Broker, as required in British Columbia
• Proven experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a strong asset
