Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Senior Specialist, Credit Quality
, you will conduct reviews of Commercial and Business lending files to ensure adherence to credit policy and mitigate risk. You will identify emerging industry trends, analyze risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to strengthen credit quality. Acting as a senior resource, you will offer technical expertise, research, and innovative methodologies to support strategic initiatives across the organization.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Team Manager, Credit Quality
. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you may be expected to be on-site for events and business demands

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $71,500 to $107,300 per annum
. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements
