What you do
Manage and grow a portfolio of member relationships through personalized, holistic adviceDeliver holistic financial advice across investments, lending, protection, and everyday bankingProactively identify opportunities and manage your pipeline through ongoing outreachCollaborate with internal specialists to support complex financial needsMaintain accurate documentation while meeting compliance and regulatory standardsContribute to a positive and collaborative Advice Centre environmentWhat you bring
3+ years of experience in financial services, including 1+ year in an advisory roleExperience with mortgage lending and mutual fundsMutual Funds licence (required)Strong financial acumen and relationship‑building skillsExcellent communication skills and comfort with technologyA genuine passion for helping members succeedCompensation
Prospera offers a total compensation package of base salary plus incentives that are market competitive and reviewed annually.The salary for this role is $54,000 to $67,500.00. The final offer will be based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal equity.Benefits & Wellbeing
