This role requires 5+ years of financial management experience and strong analytical skills. You will lead monthly P&L analysis, coordinate accurate forecasts, and maintain compliance with US GAAP standards. Your efforts will support the Finance Director and enhance business performance through strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly journal entries and financial adjustments
• Conduct detailed monthly P&L analysis with clear commentary
• Coordinate financial reviews with various teams for accuracy
• Partner with Operations to monitor performance and variances
• Ensure compliance with SOX and US GAAP
Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 5+ years in complex financial management roles
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
• Eligible or enrolled in CPA PREP program
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
