TD Banking Customer Experience Associate

Serve Surrey customers through accurate financial transactions and thoughtful banking advice as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust.

This 15-hour role supports TD’s Personal and Commercial Banking business at the branch level. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and provide information about products and processes. Success requires customer experience skills, discretion, organization, and familiarity with MS Office.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Resolve concerns using standard procedures and escalate exceptions
• Promote banking solutions while completing business processes promptly
• Provide clear guidance on banking solutions and processes

• High School diploma or one year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Accurate, detail-oriented communication with varied customers
