Business Markets Team Manager

Lead RBC’s Business Markets team in Surrey, applying financial analysis and coaching to strengthen business client relationships. This is a full-time position.

As Manager, Business Markets, you will guide relationship growth, retention, and acquisition across target business clients. You will develop talent, oversee credit capabilities, and promote digital banking solutions. The role also emphasizes market leadership through business and community networks.

• Coach teams on attracting, growing, and retaining business relationships
• Introduce RBC partners, products, and solutions through needs-based advice
• Recruit talent and lead change management initiatives
• Develop credit capabilities and oversee portfolio management routines

• Knowledge of financial analysis and risk assessment
