Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager

Build lasting business relationships for TD in Surrey, applying credit analysis and sales strategy across complex customer portfolios. The schedule is 37.5 hours.

This Senior Relationship Manager role combines customer advisory, commercial sales, and disciplined risk management. You will attract and retain customers, promote banking capabilities, assess financing needs, and develop recommendations. Your work supports profitable growth while maintaining regulatory and operational standards.

• Deliver exceptional service throughout every customer interaction
• Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Promote the full suite of banking products and services
• Meet or exceed business targets within customer risk profiles
• Refer opportunities across Business Banking and TDBG partners

• Undergraduate or graduate degree and/or 10+ years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of customer industries, markets, and competitors
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Understanding of regulatory and operational risk requirements
• Ability to build productive internal and external partnerships
