This permanent, full-time senior Automotive Finance Manager role suits an experienced finance professional. You will lead finance performance, coach team members, structure deals, and support dealership growth. Success requires strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and automotive financial services expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead exceptional finance performance and customer experiences
- Present financing, insurance, and protection products
- Coach sales team members on financing programs
- Build lender relationships for competitive financing solutions
- Ensure accurate disclosures, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Extensive automotive financial services experience
- Proven coaching, mentoring, and leadership ability
- Knowledge of financing, leasing, insurance, and lenders
- Valid VSA and British Columbia Class 5 licences
- Dealer Socket or similar CRM proficiency
