As Senior Product Manager, Repayments and Recoveries, you will own the roadmap and execution for revolving and instalment credit products. You will manage lending product life cycles, build business cases, and optimize services across KOHO’s credit portfolio. The role reports to the Group Product Manager of Credit and involves regulated financial products.
Key Responsibilities:- Own installment lending products from strategy through ongoing optimization
- Create consistent repayment and recovery processes across credit products
- Build hardship and settlement loans from zero to one
- Run experiments measuring gross profit impact
- Coordinate servicing, models, and decisioning with partner teams
- Five-plus years of product management experience
- Direct ownership of consumer lending products
- SQL, dbt, or Redshift data analysis experience
- Understanding of Canadian credit risk regulations
- AI-native approach to analysis, writing, and prototyping
Lead KOHO’s credit repayments and recoveries roadmap through analytical, compliant, and customer-focused product execution.
