Firefighter in Canadian Military Services

As a Firefighter in the Canadian Military, you will be tasked with various firefighting duties including aircraft rescue and hazardous material response. Your critically important work will protect both military personnel and assets. This position offers opportunities for training and skill development in both basic and specialized firefighting techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out extinguishment and rescue operations
• Drive firefighting vehicles safely
• Inspect fire suppression and detection systems regularly
• Maintain firefighting and rescue equipment
• Deliver training and education to peers and the public
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited fire service program
• Secondary school graduation certificate is required
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Successfully pass the Firefighter Pre-Entry Fitness Evaluation
• Previous firefighting experience is beneficial
Contribute your skills to emergency response efforts as a Firefighter in the Canadian Military.
