As a Community Patrol Officer 2, you will play a vital role in providing bylaw services after regular hours. Your responsibilities will include responding to complaints, conducting investigations, and supporting enforcement measures effectively. You will engage with the public during patrols, supervise junior officers, and document incidents to enhance bylaw compliance across the city.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to urgent bylaw complaints during patrol hours
• Conduct and document investigations on private properties
• Monitor and enforce parking regulations
• Carry out patrols in public areas and parks
• Prepare administrative documentation and reports
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 education plus two relevant courses
• Minimum two years of experience with public interactions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Consideration for alternative education and experience
• Ability to pass a Police Information Check
