Become a Records Quality Reviewer 2 with Surrey Police Service and ensure the integrity of crime statistics. This role focuses on auditing, data management, and quality assurance for police files.
Joining the Corporate Services Bureau within the Information Management and Technology Division, you'll oversee audits of PRIME files and resolve discrepancies in Master Indexes. Your expertise will help mentor staff and communicate critical policy changes, maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit daily data for accuracy in PRIME UCR files
• Monitor and resolve Master Index data issues
• Correct inaccuracies and manage data consistency
• Collaborate with the PRIME Application Unit for policy clarification
• Provide detailed reporting on data quality challenges
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 with relevant courses
• At least five years of experience with PRIME and UCR scoring
• Required police clearance and RCMP Reliability Status
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience accepted
• Effective communication for team training
