In this auxiliary role, you will support the Information Management and Technology Division under the Court Services Manager. Responsibilities include reviewing documents, liaising with various stakeholders, and managing court-related activities. A minimum of two shifts per month is required, with flexible scheduling for pre-scheduled or on-call work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess reports for evidentiary compliance
• Facilitate criminal case management between parties
• Confirm warrants and arrange prisoner remands
• Process prisoner releases and complete court documents
• Liaise with crown counsel and court registry.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion with related courses
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Obtain SPS Security Clearance and RCMP Reliability Status
• Flexibility in work hours, including shifts on weekends
• Strong understanding of criminal law and procedures.
