Surrey Police Service is advancing policing in the community and is looking for two Records Quality Reviewers. This full-time position requires expertise in PRIME and Uniform Crime Reporting to uphold file quality and accuracy. You will be integral in maintaining reliable crime statistics and effective operational processes while providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily audits of PRIME data and files
• Review and update UCR primary and secondary scoring
• Resolve errors to finalize police files
• Ensure mandatory information is accurately recorded
• Collaborate to obtain missing information and comply with policies
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion plus related coursework
• Minimum three years of experience with PRIME and UCR scoring
• Typing speed of 45 wpm
• Obtain SPS Security Clearance and RCMP Reliability Status
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered
