• They must have completed 4 years of progressively responsible experience in the delivery of recreation services or community development work to be preferred for this post.
• They must have an equivalent combination of education and experience to be preferred for this post.
• Candidates must have technical expertise applicable to the specific role to be eligible for this post.
• They must have a good understanding of community recreation programs, their purpose and objectives to be eligible for this post.
