• Perform a wide range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, highlighting, balayage, styling, blowouts, and hair treatments.
• Conduct professional consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate services and home care products.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in accordance with salon standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products through ongoing professional development.

• Licensed Hair Stylist/Hairdresser, or eligible to work as a hairstylist in British Columbia.
• Previous salon experience is required.
• Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and client-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Skills, education and experience in beauty therapy/esthetician is an asset.
