• Perform beautiful blow outs, braids & up-dos, bridal and hair extension services within a designated time frame.
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups to meet targeted goals
• Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities
• Work collaboratively and support your teammates
• Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace.

• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Proficient in hair styling techniques and trends
• Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices in a salon environment
• Ability to effectively upsell products and services
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Experience in retail sales and front desk operations is a plus

Education:

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

• bridal hair/updos: 1 year (preferred)
• flat iron use for curls and smoothing hair: 1 year (required)
• curling wand: 1 year (required)
• hair styling: 1 year (required)
• pin set curls: 1 year (required)

Language:
Fluent English (required)

• Hair Stylist Certification from a Canadian Beauty School (required)
