A well-respected community organization in Surrey is seeking a Facilitator to empower individuals with developmental disabilities. In this full-time position, you'll assess needs and connect individuals and families to resources, fostering supportive relationships. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent, with experience in the Community Living field. Benefits include an employer-paid health plan, a pension plan, and generous vacation.

This role allows for a hybrid work model after a probation period.
