Position: Community Support Worker - Casual On-Call
Location: South Surrey
Hours: Must have availability on weekdays Monday to Friday for morning & afternoon shifts.
Salary: $25.95

Sources Community Living provides all-encompassing care for individuals who have been referred to us by Community Living British Columbia.
As part of our dedicated team, you'll support four amazing adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs in a warm, residential setting.
Your Role- Personal Care & Hygiene:
Assist clients with daily routines, ensuring they feel comfortable and respected. - Meal Preparation:
Create nutritious and delicious meals that cater to individual preferences and dietary needs. - Housekeeping & Laundry:
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment that feels like home. - Transportation & Medical Appointments:
Help clients get to their appointments safely and on time. - Behavioral & Emotional Support:
Provide compassionate support, helping clients navigate their emotions and behaviors.

- Coach and guide
- Aid and support
- Work as a collaborative team
- Keep notes and review progress
- Maintain a safe work environment for both staff and service users alike, including following and monitoring all positive behavior support strategies as they apply to clients in service. This includes being confident and familiar with Non-Violent Crisis Intervention material.
