• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare or home support role is an asset
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector screening
